ARRIVAL Thursday November 2nd Check in & REGISTRATION 3:00 to 6:00 at Lumeria Maui.
Dinner 6:30 at Lumeria
8:00-9:30 Dani & Albert will conduct an evening welcome, orientation, brief writing exercise and meditation session. In the Yoga-Shala
Friday November 3rd
Optional morning meditation 7:00-7:30 AM Location TBD
Breakfast Starts 7:00 AM at Lumeria
WELCOME: Dani & Albert will begin with an on-stage conversation followed by Dani teaching the rest of the morning session
9:30-12:30. In the Yoga Shala.
Lunch from 12:30-2:00
Writing time 2:00-5:00PM (Afternoon one-to-one sessions with Albert)

Evening “Writing & Mindfulness” session with Albert 8:00-10PM
